Digital games with Xbox preview

Hopefully I posted this correctly (Prob not).Im in the Xbox preview program and I was wondering if I decided to leave the program, would I lose the digital games I purchased? Ive bought a lot of games while on the program before knowing there was a license
issue that kept it from being interchangeable between preview and non-preview consoles. The reason I ask because I'm buying a new Xbox one s and don't want to put the preview on it. I really need help with this cause if I can't I'll lose hundreds of dollars
of games

Xbox 360 to Xbox One digital game not downloading on Preview

I purchased a digital download of mass effect from the microsoft xbox store in order to play it on my xbox one as a Preview program member. The digital game download does not show up in my 'ready to install' game area. Why is the digital download not there?

I think it depends on if the game has been released or not. If the game has been released, then you should not loose them. However, if you have obtained the games through the Xbox Preview program, from the Xbox Preview Dashboard, then you will loose them
if you decide to leave. However, you should not need to purchase the games if they are through the preview dashboard. So that would indicate it was through the Market Place.

If you purchased the games through the Market place on the Xbox Console or Windows 10 device, then you will be able to re-download them onto your new Xbox One console, by putting the new Xbox One console as your home Xbox.

To add on what SunkNath posted. The issues with the Xbox OneStore where Games, DLC, and other content that was purchased on a Preview console was only for that short time period as there was a new store system being implemented that only the Preview build
had at that time, till general public release. Now that everyone on Xbox has the new OneStore experience (released in the summer update), this issue is no longer the case and you can leave or change preview branches in the future without worrying about loosing
purchased content or being unable to play them due to not being on a preview build.

Are you trying to install the game from a disc or is it a digital game? Also, are your currently part of the Xbox One Update Preview?

It's unlikely to be available on the store as it's a preview game & they are not available for pre order from the store.

You can pre order the game from online shops & you'll get a normal game case with a digital code included.

It'll be digital only as it's in preview,it's not a proper full game release.
