Thanks for the reply btw, and yes I tried that it's in on of the options of the automatic technical support the first one I think and the second one was a recommendation for a friend but it didn´t work.

Have you tried clearing persistent storage or local saved games?

1. Go to your Settings

2. Select CD/ BlueRay

3. Select persistent storage and clear it.

This sometimes helps by clearing out some of the cache.

You can also trying going to System>Storage> and then clear local saved games. It wont delete and saved games entirely as they are backed up online.

try doing a hard reset

by switching off xbox and pull the plug for about a minite

Have you tried power cycling your console? That always works for me when my digital games wont boot. Just hold your power button for about ten second on your console and it should power down. Then just turn it back on and there you go!
