    Digital games or apps not updating and/or downloading


    Hi everyone

    As the title says i have a problem with downloading or updating my games/apps.

    For example im downloading Fallout 4 which downloaded till 28.4% and then it will stay on installation stopped.

    This is the same for every game/app im trying to download or update

    Anyone have an answer?

    Im using Wifi

    My results of the Detailed network statistics test are as follows:

    288.04 mbps download

    45mb upload

    15 ping

    98% wireless strength

    0 packet loss

    I restarded my modem and router twice now, no difference

    I did soft reset and besides making my xbox really slow, it didnt help

    Any other ideas?

    Hey there, have you done a 'Detailed Network Statistics' test to see how your stats for downloading are? I would also recommend a power cycle, holding the power button down for 10 seconds on the console itself.
