Digital games on a suspended account.

My old account was banned quite some time ago but I this just came to mind.

All the 'Digital Games' I have bought on that suspended account EG 'Minecraft' I can no longer use. So I was wondering if their is a way to get all the things I have paid for back but for this account because
before I had purchased the MW3 Elite season pass so I could get the maps straight away but I can play them because that other account is suspended and that is £40 wasted. I have the
email of the season pass but I cant show you my digital games

Would I be eligible to obtain all or even some of the items I have purchased.

Refunds for Digital games

Why would your account be suspended for asking for a refund for digital games?

There is nowhere in the terms and conditions of sale that they say your account may be suspended for asking for a refund on digital games.

You were not suspended for asking for a refund for a digital game.

If you contact the right people they will tell you the reason you were actually suspended but you are probably already aware of why that was.

Actually, you weren't "suspended", you were "banned". If your account was actually suspended, you'd still have access to all of your stuff, but a banned account relinquishes all of that per your agreement with Xbox Live terms of usage.

This is why it's a decent idea to play legit.

If you get banned, You lose everything....

A new account is one option.... Sometimes a new console is needed too. Repurchase the content and be a good boy... they call it a "fresh start"

May I ask if your parents know about this situation???? Seems they may have an opinion about your misfortune

If you are able to provide your basic account information as well as your secret question and/or provide the last 4 digits of any CC that has ever been on your account, then support will be able to lock your account and suspend your subscription. If you
can't provide this information, then support can't lock and suspend & it'll have to wait until investigations gets it.
