Hi, I live in Uruguay (south america) and I want to know if its a way to buy a digital game from the store, because Uruguay has no support. Thank you

Digital Tuner support in other European countries

This is something I'm interested in as well. I hate switching console to other region just to be able to watch TV as other services then do not work properly (e.g. XBOX store)

You may try to up-vote and comment on XBOX Feedback forum and hopefully we'll get into supported countries as well:

To redeem digital cards you have to be located in a supported xbox live country. Since Bulgaria is not supported for xbox live, it can't even connect to the xbox live service to attempt to redeem that prepaid card. And if that card was purchased in another
country, even if it did work by some miracle, it would not be usable if it was currency or a digital game.

I'm sorry to say, but Thailand is not a supported country for digital purchases.
Therefore, you are not able to purchases digital games.

Since Estonia is not a supported country, the game is not available for digital download there. Unfortunately you will not be able to download the game.
