Digital games fail to install

Hello,

i just bought the new Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Breakpoint and when i tried to download it, it stopped at 22.07gb out of the total 47gb. I now have this problem with the rest of my digital games i try to reinstall after going through some troubleshooting with
a microsoft agent over the phone.

i have tried;

uninstalling and reinstalling

pausing and resuming

downloading from the store

power cycles

clear persistent blu ray storage

clear caches

alternate MAC addresses

disconnection from internet

soft factory reset

hard factory reset

i even had my friend log into my xbox account from his xbox and download Breakpoint. It downloaded successfully for him... ive never had a problem before and i have strong xfinity wifi.

Hi, any update on this issue?

Hey, sorry about the silence but my friend was actually out if town and he picked it up from my house today. I will know whether or not it downloaded in about an hour

Thanks for reply here in Xbox Forums. I recommend to try the following:

Clear your local saved games and try reinstalling the game

Remove the disc from your console.
Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > and then
Storage.
Select
Clear local saved games.

Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox Live cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.
Select Yes to confirm.
Once your console restarts, try installing the game again.

I will try to download another game that would not install, but this time by using an ethernet connection.
