once removed from the hard drive.

can be reinstalled?

once removed or lose the game acquired?

When that day comes no doubt all games will be digital or come on portable flash drives.

Yeah, it's just like the 360 really. Once you've paid for a game, you can re-download it for free whenever you want. You can download/play it on multiple Xbox Ones too, although if you're using any console that isn't set as your "Home Xbox", you'll need
to sign into Xbox Live with the gamertag that purchased the game in order to be able to play it.
