Digital Games Crashing

My Xbox One has performed reasonably well with on disc games, so no real complaints on that end.

However, I've downloaded several digital games, and three of them crash without fail: Titanfall, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and Metro 2033. I sent in my Xbox to support to have it looked at, fixed, and replaced.

It got sent back with no changes, because "extensive" testing was performed and no issues were found. This leads me to think that

A) There's something wrong with my internet/modem and somehow my connectivity is causing the crashes

B) Each developer has released a faulty game

or

C) My service order got ****

But I've connected my xbox to different internet connections and the same issues happened. I played the same games on a friend's console and had none of the issues mine has. It was frustrating playing Titanfall and having it run smooth on their Xbox while
mine sputtered and whined until it crashed. I was pretty clear with what was going on with my console when I made the service order, and it's pretty nervy to get that letter in the box saying that nothing was found wrong, and a gratis gold membership card,
to do what with? Download more games that crash and burn?

I sent the Xbox in, paid for an insured box, and got virtually nothing in return. So I would love to be wrong about this and hope that something on this forum can fix these issues so I can go back to not being *** off.

Success stories!

It's been good. Voice is working pretty well, system is silent, games are great. Only issues are BF4 crashing and the slow digital downloads.

 

Need For Speed game crash.

My game keeps crashing before it can load a race. And it seems to crash about 5 minutes after leaving the garage. (This is the digital version.)

 

I'm not alone then...... was getting support via twitter but they always get so far then seem as they can't be bothered anymore
