    Digital games are unable to be played. Help Please


    Hi Xbox I've been playing my games for more than a couple of months and now one day I come home to it saying I don't own these games and I need the person who bought them to sign in (0x803f9006) and that something went wrong (0x87e107f9). I wen't to type
    these error codes at Xbox error help and their was nothing their to help please help me I can't play any of my game except disc games.

    Digital copy of Forza6 will not load

    My recently purchased digital copy of the game played great for the 1st day. Now , despite showing up in the store as installed, with all the permisions set, Im unable to access the game. please help.

    How to improve matchmaking in Black ops 4?

    Since I’ve bought black ops 4 I’m unable to play blackout properly. Matchmaking is basically a pain in the ass and takes forever. And whenever a match comes the lobby has approx. only 5-20 people!
    Please help me with this issue!

    Xbox occasionally won't play games offline.

    Hey there MikeSchinlaub1,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with playing games offline. Please take a look at this guide and see if it helps out with this problem.

    Using Xbox One Offline     If it doesn't help out, can you please give us an idea of which games you're unable to use offline? Are these Disc versions or Digitally downloaded versions.

    Bundle sold, how can an other person get the games?

    You are unable to transfer digital copies of games to another account. They will always be linked to the account that purchased/redeemed the codes.

    To help us make sure to get you the right information, can you let us know if you're seeing that with an Xbox One console, Xbox 360 console, or on a Windows 10 PC? Also, is that just digital copies of games, or is that happening when you try to play a game
    from a disc as well?
