Digital Games Are Not Launching Since Yesterday

No digital games will launch when I try to play neither games I own or Game Pass games. I suddenly have been having this issue since yesterday afternoon, in the morning I was playing Rage 2 just fine. I've tried restarting the game, then other games, and
restarting the console.

Thanks for the suggestions. A soft reset fixed the problem.

Hello are the games on an external HD by chance? Have you checked to make sure you're connected online and have an active subscription to Xbox Live and Gamepass as well?

Have you tried a complete power cycle, as well as logging out completely and logging back in?

Additionally, are there any current restrictions on your account, be it Family/Content settings, and/or account-based issues (loss of service)?

If a power cycle does not work try unplugging the console for 30seconds and the plug it back in to restart, also clear the local saved memory , some times this makes it run slower and not load the games correctly
