    I have recently gotten an xbox series x so i moved most of my games and the external harddrive to it (the game i cant install on the xbox one is installed on the series x). I set up gamesharing between the two xboxs and the game is free, so I should be able
    to install it. When I go to install it on the xbox one, it installs, but when its finished, it just dissapears like it was never there. I’ve tried installing it numerous times but it still hasnt worked. I’m not sure if this is a known problem, but everywhere
    i looked nobody seems to be having this issue.

    I have the Atlas Editions for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. My season pass code from the 360 worked fine input into the store page, and was installed onto my Xbox 360. I then went onto the Xbox One and their store page, and it showed it as already being purchased
    and was then installed onto my Xbox One.

    Gave the extra code I had for the Xbox One Season pass to my mate in the UK, and all is well :))

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums, We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with downloading a game onto your console that you purchased digitally.

    Are you unable to see these title via your Ready to install section? You should be able to install games you purchased digitally that you are unable to install via the
    Store.

    Additionally, there is also a way for you to
    install your game remotely     onto your console.

    How can i transfer the games my son has purchased fron one profile to another?

    There is not any way to transfer profiles from one account to another whatever account the games were purchased on can sign in on the xbox console and any digital games including ones put in with a code can be installed on the console and if it is an xbox
    one set that console as that profiles home console and any other profile on that console can play the digital games. but just signing in with the profile that purchased the games or that the code was entered in on onto the profile and once signed into the
    console can go to my games and apps and any digital game that the profile has a license for will show up in the ready to install section of my games and apps.
