Digital game that came with Xbox One Bundle is asking for the owner but that's me!!!

I purchased (from best buy ) a NEW xbox one console w/ forza digital bundled. Install of digital forza gets to 100% and when I try to launch I get this message: make sure the person who purchased thegame is signed in to Xbox live. That's ME and I am signed
in. Try to launch and then I get the same message.

I am the ONLY profile set up on the console, so who are they looking for to be signed in. I am the (unhappy) owner, I purchased the console w/ digital game bundled - why is it looking for someone else????

Issues with prepaid code

Hello,

I used to own a disc of Fable II and lost it. I bought a prepaid game code from Amazon.com and entered the code into my Xbox One. It came up saying the code was for Fable, and to begin installing. My console then froze, and I restarted it. I was able
to install the game, but now when I open the game it's asking me if I own the game. When I go to the Xbox Store it shows that I own it. There must be something on the back end that's not registering that I have a digital copy now?

Did you set the console as your home console? You may have to go to settings to do that if you haven't already. Otherwise, if that doesn't work, I recommend going to support.

Maybe you bought an open box returned item and someone had already use your code ?

You are not missing much anyways. I'm a huge forza fan, but they rush this game you can tell. Music is terrible ( who puts classic music on a racing game ?) no online auction house. You don't get any cars for completing races as reward. ( like it was in
any other forza before it ) graphics do look amazing but graphics alone don't make a game great. So much talk about smartglass this smartglass that and there is no smartglass support (not even to look at the stats or the map in real time ) overall it was
the most disappointing launch title IMO.

I'm assuing you are talking about the download code of Titanfall that is in the Bundle?

The Titanfall Bundle containes a code in the box. Redeeming that code gives you the digital copy of the game Titanfall.

If the previous owner of the console hasn't used the code yet, then yes, you will be able to use the code on whatever Xbox One and profile you would like.

If the previous owner has used the code already, then no, because the code can only be used once.

Forza 7 came with my xbox. It is listed as a play anywhere game, so i'm trying to put it on my windows computer since the xbox stopped working. Unfortunately, the store doesn't recognize that i already own the game. Any help?

Do you have a physical or digital copy of Forza 7? The only Xbox One bundles i could find are ones that come with a physical copy of Forza 7.

The reason i ask is because if its a physical copy then this is why its asking you to buy it again for PC. Only the digital copies of eligible games would be play anywhere.
