Digital game saying the disc is unreadable

Hey guys, so i recently bought and downloaded skate 3 on the xbox store for my xbox 360 but after its downloaded a few minutes in it always exits out saying “disc unreadable clean disc or contact support” which is obviously weird seeing as its a digital
game, ive tried clearing the storage cache, transferring any licenses that needed it, deleting the game and save file multiple times and redownloading and it keeps doing the same thing, any suggestions?

If you haven't yet, I definitely recommend you take a peek at the
troubleshooting guide for digital games saying the disc is unreadable. Give all of the troubleshooting steps provided a try and let us know how it goes.

Recheck your account ownership by setting your Xbox as home.
