Digital Game Purchase no longer in library

Any changes in the base game price after you purchase it would not effect anything with your original purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the account that purchased it and it should be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps. If it's not
listed there, go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase shows on your account. If it's not listed there, then it was purchased by a different account and you would
need to reinstall it from that account. If it does show in your history, then you'll need to contact support for assistance. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If you had purchased it digitally, you’ll find it in your game library, otherwise you’ll need to find a desk because it has been delisted and is no longer in distribution

Unless you have purchased the digital version before it was delisted, you won't be able to buy it or any of its DLC online.

If you had purchased it digitally, you will need to download it via your library list, since the game will no longer show on the store.

Codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition are no longer sent out for purchases of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, anyone that purchases Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition digitally will automatically receive the game digitally. Try checking your Windows Store
library (or your 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One) to see if the game shows up there! Be sure that you are signed into the account that originally redeemed the code, as well.

To find your library on the Windows Store, click your profile picture in the upper left corner of the screen within the Windows Store. Keep us posted!

Did you purchase it digitally or on disc? As long as you purchased it digitally, you should see the game listed as ready to install in your library in the Microsoft Store app.
