Digital game prices need to come down!

The digital download price for games needs to come down. It is cheaper to purchase a game from the store that comes with packaging and the ability to resell. It doesn't make semce to charge more for a digital version that cannot be resold and does not come
with the packaging I am being charged for.

Xbox One Digital Games have set prices.

prices will not come down on digital games it has to do with competition laws, they will only go down in price to match what retail is selling it for.

 

Going All Digital

It all comes down to the price tag for me. If digital games are cheaper than retail versions I'll get the digital version. If both versions cost the same then I'll get the digital version.

 

That's why digital is good for them, they can charge the same price and not worry about spending money on cases, manuals etc. The good thing about digital games is that they do eventually go down in price due to sales and lowering down the price. We will
continue to see $60 new release games in the digital marketplace, because this is the future we're going to get.

 

You can just buy digital games codes from CDKEYS.COM for cheaper all the time.

 

It's why I buy all my games at Best Buy, 20% discount on all games. It cost $30 sure, but the amount of games I buy and my kids buy, it pays for itself after 3 games.

I would buy almost all my games digitally if the price was near what I'm paying at BB.

 

Never thought I would adopt digital games .but love to pre download and not have to go to midnight releases.
