    Digital game not working!


    I recently bought Fallout : New Vegas and installed it but when I tried to play it said that I needed to insert a disk or log in, I was already logged in and it won't let me start the game, I don't know what to do, I really want to play the game.

    Hey Baal The Enigma! Does your wife's account have an active gold subscription or is she getting that through home gold sharing with you? If shes gold sharing, is she able to play online with others? Post back and let me know!

    Digital Games not working

    I bought an xbox one for my wife awhile ago when we moved to california, now we live seperately for work. We set the xbox to our home xbox so i can play my games when im there but still be able to sign in at home 100 miles away and continue to play when
    im here. Now it wont allow us to play games at all if they are digital, giving us several errors. Such as the person who bought the product needs to sign in even though I am, Then i got one saying try reloading the game again. My wife can load destiny but
    it tells us that she has no taken king data, but she bought the whole game using her account so there is no reason for it not to be working. Tried uninstalling an re-installing to no prevail. Anyone got the same problem or an easy way to fix it.

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    We understand that you're trying to play digital games and is seeking for assistance. To ensure your concern will be addressed, we would like to ask for few questions.

    1. May we know what specifically the digital games you are having issues accessing with?
    2. What device are you using in playing these games? Or are you in Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta?
    3. Did you see an error message/code when the game did not work? Or did the game crash?
    4. What troubleshooting steps you have performed so far?
    5. Is the issue still persisting now?

    Please check the Xbox Live Status for you to see known issues and when will it be fixed.
