1. May we know what specifically the digital games you are having issues accessing with?
   
2. What device are you using in playing these games? Or are you in Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta?
   
3. Did you see an error message/code when the game did not work? Or did the game crash?
   
4. What troubleshooting steps you have performed so far?
   
5. Is the issue still persisting now?
   

Please check the Xbox Live Status for you to see known issues and when will it be fixed.

Hi,I tried using these steps and it's still coming up with the message saying I need to insert a disk to log in, when I try to start the game.
