    Xbox is saying that I don't own a game I bought over a year ago. Can't reinstall. Tried the vanilla support page and nothing worked. It's late so I'm looking to see if anyone had any ideas cause I can't contact official support. Thanks!

    Issue Playing Digital Game

    Also there is a fairly well known issue with this particular game that it has issues running on consoles that it was not initially purchased on. If you bought it on one console, then downloaded to another it will give that error on the second console when
    you try to run the game. This has been a known issue for about a year now and there still is no fix.

    Digital Game Installation Issue

    I've ran into an odd problem whenever I try to install a game past 9.31gb my xbox one will just stop downloading and give me 20 notifications that the installation has stopped I've tried every troubleshoot and reset under the sun and nothing seems to work.
    I don't really have access to my network since I live in a college residence I have contacted the IT guys but they're taking their sweet time. Other people in the building are experiencing this problem as well so I'm curious as to its something to do with
    my network or there's some code in the xbox that's glitched out.

    Hi!

    Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to purchase the game. If everything is working, try deleting the account from the console and re-download it again.

    Definitely make sure you are logged in with the account that originally made the purchase. If you still are unable to download the content then you'll need to call phone support for more help with this billing issue Customer Support

    Make sure you are signed into the right account. Also make sure that your xbox is set to the home of the account you purchased the game on. Also try going to the store just to make sure you cant re download it from the store. If it asks you to buy it at
    the store you will need to call Xbox customer support and have them look further into this issue.
