Digital game installation stuck at 0%

So basically i got the new minecraft better together version on my xbox one (orignal ) last year and it installed fine. Recently it needed an update and when updating it was stuck on 0% so i uninstalled the game completely, so i have tried reinstalling and,
again, it is stuck on 0%.

I have power cycled the console, cleared local saved games, checked for a console update and tried going offline and online to install. Also i should note that this only happens with minecraft, i have tried installing other games / updates and they installed
perfectly fine.

note: the game is digital and only happens to this certain digital game

I have tried this but my game still downloads up until 84.2%. I have plenty of storage, my xbox live account is running, my network is good, uninstalled multiple times, cleared local saved games, normal reset to hard reset. I have also searched the error
code which is were i tried all the “solutions” above to no resolve.

If there is no solving this problem I would like to know how to get refunded. The game by the way is (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey) if thats important

As Parity said, this usually fixes it the first time

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
