Digital Game Installation Issue

I've ran into an odd problem whenever I try to install a game past 9.31gb my xbox one will just stop downloading and give me 20 notifications that the installation has stopped I've tried every troubleshoot and reset under the sun and nothing seems to work.
I don't really have access to my network since I live in a college residence I have contacted the IT guys but they're taking their sweet time. Other people in the building are experiencing this problem as well so I'm curious as to its something to do with
my network or there's some code in the xbox that's glitched out.

Can't install games anymore

Are you trying to install a digital or disk based game?

If you are trying to install a disk based game, stop the install, go into offline mode and attempt the install again.

Hey Greenie45! Because it is affecting others on the same network, it is most likely a network issue. Are you able to try an alternate connection at all, like at a friends place? Post back and let me know!

Hello Chaos,

Sorry for the issue with your game. Try uninstalling the game and DLC completely and install it from the disk.
Have you made sure all the DLC content is installed? Also, if you installed all the content digitally, why do you own a disc? This may be causing the issue. Since you have all of it installed digital, if it is just the normal game not legendary. For
example The disc license is for legendary, the digital license is for the regular game.

I have no issues with installing from discs. Only downloading digital games and game updates

It could be an issue with the storage device itself. Is the game a disc version or digital? If digital then try deleting the game only then redownloading it.

If it's the disc version try installing the game to the hard drive to see if that helps.

If you install the game it would help alot with the cd issue! But if you want a digital copy, you would need to buy it again, I recommend installing it!
