    Digital game having "Installation stopped" error


    My very first Xbox One game has downloading and installing problem Digital game having "Installation stopped" error :(

    Game: Halo Master Chief Collection, digital version without disc.

    Problem: prompting "installation stopped" error messages repeatedly, with error code "0x80070193".

    Details:

    First of all, it's not a system, storage or basic network problem. I have latest system update, plenty of storage space, and normal network condition. Anything else other than Halo installation is fine.

    I have tried to resume installation after the error, and the status turned into "queued" from "installation stopped", but always turned into "installation stopped" again without further progress.

    I even tried to cancel and restart installation, but the same error happened again and again.

    It's really frustrating. Pleas help ASAP. Thanks.

    "Installation stopped" on digital purchases?

    Hi all,

    Never had this happen before, the last 3 digital purchases I have made download and then at the end just say "installation stopped". Anyone know what is causing this, did it happen to anybody else.....I tried everything, power cycle, deleting/reinstalling
    games, no luck. Thanks.

    FunkayFooj, since you have the preview dashboard, you'll want to have your brother report the issue via the preview app on the console, or in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
    If you get a message that says Group Not Found, have him create a post here requesting access:

    forums.xbox.com/.../4268.aspx

    Also, it sounds like your issue is different, because you are installing from a disc. Usually, turning the Xbox off by holding the Xbox logo on the front until it fully shuts down and unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes will help this.
    I always choose Update Later when prompted, because it makes the game install faster.

    Even if it works after that, you'll still want to have him report it so the preview team is aware of the issue.

    I got Alien Isolation to finally download, but zero luck on Sunset Overdrive. Its amazing how Microsoft can get away with selling bum downloads and then refuse refunds to people. This is not an unknown issue. A little google work will show many people with
    similar.

    Im having the exact same issue. I purchased Thief, Sunset Overdrive, and Alien Isolation with season pass over the past few weeks while they were on sale but had to wait until today for my bandwidth to roll over to download them. So Thief downloaded fine,
    Sunset Overdrive stops around 23% and Alien Isolation the same. I tried various things from power cycling to redownloading but nothing. I finally decided to chat with an XBox rep and she was beyond useless. She told me to remove the disc despite me telling
    her that it was digital numerous times. Then she ask me if I tried downloading it on my computer as well. Seriously? The real kicker came when after she had me power cycling (after I did it on my own) and she instructed me how to clear my cache on the 360.
    Nothing worked so I asked for either a refund or for my digital license to be revoked if they send me physical copies. She agreed to give me a refund, but I had to buy the disc for full price first. Nice, Spend $120 plus shipping and tax to hopefully get working
    products that cost me $60.

    This seriously beats out the whole Master Chief Collection being busted thing with reps lying about refunds for a busted product. At least I got that to download and was able to play the single player. I can't even get these half downloaded.

    you are not the only one it happens to me to its been over 48 hrs since i bought Dragon Age: Inquisition Deluxe Edition and it always stops at 14% and i have plenty of free space. more than 2 days and no one answered me not AE not Bioware and not from xbox
