Digital game downloads issues

Sorry to hear that you aren't able to play that game. Have you check online in your order history, or looked on the console for ready to install? If you are still having issues I would reach out to the support team.

Can you check under Infinite Warfare and see if that is listed under there? I remember it was a dual purchase for some? If you go to My Games & Apps and highlight it and click Manage.

Might also want to use the system search feature? See if you can find it there, and if it's available to install from the store, if it takes you there w/o charging you again.

Is the game digital or disc?

I have read in the case of some routers setting a static router can help if you are using UPnP. What can happen is your router forwards the ports to the IP of your Xbox One. Then you turn that off and turn on your PC, for example. That IP that was assigned
to your Xbox gets assigned to the PC. Now the UPnP gets confused and starts forwarding your Xbox Live data to the PC instead of your Xbox. This should not happen, but sometimes it can. I would check to make sure your model of router's firmware is up to
date and probably set a static IP.

Just to clarify a little bit, Are you having issues with the actual download of the game failing? Or does this issue lie with the License of the game and it not allowing you to play it?
