Digital game disappearing from my console a week or so after purchase.

So if anyone out there bought Fallout 4 between February 8 2016 the owner of the fallout 4 gamehub said " Purchase Fallout 4 between February 8 2016 and receive Fallout 3 on xbox 360! The code for Fallout 3 will be delivered to your xbox message center in
7-10 days". I got mine like they said would happen but about week later i uninstalled it so i could play a diffrent game. After that a xbox update came out so I updated my xbox like I had to and then recently I noticed it disappeared from my console and now
every time i go to try and download it from the xbox store it says I need to pay 14.99 plus tax for it. Also recently my friend bought forza horizon 3 and same thing happened to him it disappeared after uninstalling it and not reinstalling it for a few days
and, he even call xbox for help and gave them everything they needed and didnt help him. What I want out of this is get my game back because I have been trying to find a solution for this for months and every time i contact type of support system they say
" oh sorry the code would have had to have come in the game case on a piece of paper in the Fallout 4 game case" then i tell them about the fallout post and show them the post. Then they just end up stop helping me so if anyone give me a solution on how to
get my fallout 3 back without having to buy it with money instead of not having it for free like i had for a week that would be very appreciated thank you.

Let's see... Disappearing peacekeepers, disappearing digital camos, now disappearing attachments. I kind of expect this stuff to happen with a Treyarch game.

 

Dark Souls 3 Digital Deluxe but no DS1 key

I ordered Dark Souls 3 Digital Deluxe from the Microsoft website. It stated that it came with a key for Dark Souls 1 but after the purchase and weeks after I never received a key or download prompt on my xbox one. I purchased Dark Souls 3 on 14 April 2016.

Did you purchase Fallout 4 digitally or physically? If you purchased a physical copy, the code would have come inside the case as others have mentioned. If you originally successfully redeemed a code, you wouldn't be prompted to purchase Fallout 3 again.
