Digital game code is not working

I purchased diablo for $60.00 through gamestop.com. I got my code and typed it in on my xbox. when I finished, it said busy try again. I tried again and it said code was already redeemed. I restarted xbox, disconnected it and nothing. I asked microsoft for
a new code and they said I already redeemed the code and should have funds in my microsoft account. I checked my account and it does says I redeemed the code for $0.00.

I dont know what else to do.

Have you looked in your ready to install games to see if the game is available to install there.

Have you looked in the Xbox store on the console for the game to see if you can install it from there?

That’s quite unfortunate. Since you have already contacted Microsoft previously, I’d advise contacting GameStop and tell them about your issue. Also maybe give it a couple days to go through as you did get the “Busy Try Again” error when you first Redeemed
your code previous. Hope I could’ve helped a bit!

but what about digital codes for xbox 360 games,i'm trying to buy the ninja gaiden 3 razor edge digital code from my seller.Like will that digital code work,is there some actual pal or ntsc codes for the xbox 360 console?

The online codes work for any gamertag aslong as you have the transfer license code to that console. The only games that the onlines codes only works for one profile is fifa 11/12. If the code is 5 digits long in each box it will work more then one profile.
If its only 4 digits long it will work only one profile.

I already get that 7 digit code. There is a second verification code that ops up. Verifying the new alias I'm trying to put it. It's a 4 digit code.

The 7 digit code is for verifying it's me actually changing stuff. The 4 digit code is for veryifing my new alias. Which the 4 digit code part doesnt work. I'm sure that might be the last step it just doesnt work.
