    Hi everyone!

    I bought a digital game code from Amazon, it's a valid one because it's distributed by Amazon itself so I don't think it's a bust. Once I enter the code (without error) it tells me to change my geographic area and language in settings and it's impossible
    to acquire the game in the language currently selected.

    I've tryed different options: italian, french, spanish, english, german and korean too but nothing work.

    If you know how to solve this problem please help me, I beg you!

    Ho comprato un codice digitale per un gioco su Amazon, penso sia uno valido perché è distribuito da Amazon stesso. Una volta inserito il codice senza errori mi dice di cambiare la mia area geografica e lingua nelle impostazioni e che è impossibile acquisire
    il gioco nella lingua attualmente selezionata.

    Ho provato diverse opzioni tra cui: italiano, francese, spagnolo, inglese, tedesco e coreano ma niente da fare, non funziona.

    Se sai come sistemare la cosa ti prego di aiutarmi!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a code. When this error appears it means the code is for a different region than you are in. You can get with Amazon to see if they will replace it. You can also go over the

    digital code solution    . Reason you need to go to Amazon is they sold you a code that is not for your region.

    Mi dispiace sentire che hai problemi a riscattare il tuo codice.

    Secondo l'articolo di supporto per la risoluzione dei problemi: se viene visualizzato il messaggio "Questo codice non è ancora attivo" quando si tenta di riscattare il codice, significa che si dispone di un codice digitale valido, ma non è ancora stato attivato dal rivenditore. Dovrai contattare il rivenditore e chiedere loro di attivare il codice.

    Tutti i codici devono essere attivati nel punto vendita da utilizzare su Xbox. Se la carta non funziona 24 ore dopo l'acquisto, riportala al rivenditore insieme alla prova di acquisto e chiedi loro di attivarla.

    Prova a vedere se il codice è scritto correttamente e eventualmente correggi gli errori, se non funziona il rivenditore deve rimborsarti o annullare il vecchio codice per dartene un altro,
