Hi all,

Yesterday I bought a digital version of Shadow Of The Tomb Raider at cdkeys.com. I bought a code that can be used Worldwide. When I tried to redeem the code I got a message that I need to
"Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different page"

I tried redeeming the code on my console, on the Xbox website and with the Xbox app.

I hope that there is an option to fix this matter.

Hi ,that's quite often some sort of region problem, for example your account region and actual physical locations do not match, you are not in an Xbox live supported country etc.

It can also sometimes be a simple as going onto the Xbox and changing the region and language settings to lets say USA for example then trying to redeem the code on the Xbox.

 

I will suggest to contact customer support of cdkeys, and they should be able to help you out.

I tried multiple regions. I live in The Netherlands so Xbox live is supported.

Contacted CDkeys.com. Didnt get a reply though. I will wait for that.

hey bud sorry about the issue. Is it a 25 digit code? Our codes will be 5X5 or 25 digits. If it is a different code, read the back of the card and see if you need to visit a specific website to redeem there first. Sometimes a 3rd party website will make
you redeem it there and then they send you a code via email. Please reply if we can assist.

On cdkeys.com support they are always helpful. My experience was same with different game. In 15 minutes was problem solved, I have received different key.
