    Digital game cancelled


    Hi can anyone help.I purchased a digital game useing an xbox gift card ,however it would not download and open to play and in my payment history status said cancelled and i was charged for a game i did not have. I uninstalled the download to try and reinstall and the game has vanished and my gift card fund is used i also tried to get a refund and was sent an email which said thank you for understanding we cannot give a refund?I think it is poor customer service from microsoft xbox.com.

    Xbox One S All Digital

    I always buy physical as they are usually cheaper they digital. Digital is more convenient but not worth the extra cost to me. The all digital console may be a bit cheaper but if the games cost more it kind of cancels out the saving.

    In answer to the original question, you could try selling old games on Ebay etc and then buy the digital version.
