Digital Game and Apps won't open.

Hi

I've just come across a new issue that I've never come across before. I ran into it last night where I tried opening one of my downloaded games and received the message "Just getting your game ready. Your game will start soon!" Except the game does not open
and when pressing cancel, the message pops up again. Cancelling again will do nothing to stop the notification as the message now continues to spam my dashboard. I tried hard resetting my console to try again but that hasn't changed anything to my system and
my digital games still won't work. I also tried my downloaded apps and they also don't open in which the message spams again but saying "Your App will start soon!"

It appears that all my downloaded games and apps have this problem and at this moment I haven't found any issue online that people have had in common before or at present. I wanted record a video to show the issue but you can't record footage on the Xbox
dashboard. Hopefully what I've said has enough clarity.

If anyone could help troubleshoot this problem that would much appreciated. I'm in the process of reinstalling one of my downloaded games to see if that will help solve it. However if that does solve the issue, that would mean using a lot of download data
to reinstall all my digital games. If there is a work around, I'm up for it.

Games & Apps won't open

Hi so my xbox one has been having trouble turning on. It takes about 10-15 minutes to start and even then the dashboard isn't completely loaded in. The system will not let me make any actions with the controller but instead after an additional 5-10 minutes
it attempts to open the Games & Apps application and ultimately fails. when I try to show help, the help app also fails to open, and then I get a frozen black screen. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks now.

 

games won't load

I was playing Dead Rising 3 until textures stopped loading and it went all black. I restarted the game and now it won't stop loading. I quitted and tried Forza 5 and Killer Instinct. They won't load! I can go to the dashboard and open other apps but my games
won't load! Please help! All my games are digital.

I can see that since posting, you've
recently unlocked achievements and have been able to generally access Xbox Live content. Are you still experiencing issues or are you good to go now?
