Digital Downloads Stopped and Cannot Continue

Hi all - got a 3 day old Xbox One S. Only managed to download Forza Horizon on day one, sweet. And haven't managed to download anything (completely) since. So far MKX and also Tomb Raider has all failed just past the "ready to start" part (10% for MKX and
41% for Tomb Raider) - both are error 0X87e000f) - have did everything i can find including power cycle hard reset clear save files etc

Hopefully someone can help - otherwise i guess i will send it back. Thanks!

Saint Row the third not working

After I downloaded a DLC on SR3 my game stopped working and now I cannot continue my saved file so I cannot play on this game anymore. Any ideas?

My digital download of MGS stopped at 45% and now the store won't load up!!! Suggestions?

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help assist with the issue, based on the information provided above you've done several troubleshooting steps and the problem still persists. I do have a suggestion to try and identify what could be causing the issue. I
suggest doing a
Soft Factory Reset. Be advised when doing this it will remove your profile from the console. When doing the Soft Factory Reset be sure to choose the option that says keep my games and apps. I hope this helps.
