    Digital downloads giving errors


    I had Forza Horizon on dusk, but the disk become damaged so I was delighted to get the Digital Download via games for gold. It now will not play the single player game, yet i can still play the Rally expansion DLC! This is not the only game I got through
    games for gold that no longer works. Birderlands hadnt hadned for more than 12 months! And I bought ALLthe DLC FOR THAT!

    What's going on here?

    So we can help better. Can you give any clues as to what you mean by not loading, ie do you just get a blank screen or any error codes ? Is it a disc or digital download !

    Hi Quentarus, I know it can be very frustrating when a game you pay money for doesn't want to work. Try this, this has been known to fix issues with disk error messages for digital games. Ok try deleting GTA V, then download some demos that add upto the
    size of GTA V, in this case we're talking about 12gb with the extra packs installed. Once you have done that, then redownload GTA V, hopefully the problem will be fixed. Let us know if it helps.

    Why do you think I keep spamming the forums for help, and half the time mods keep deleting half my posts.

    That's odd that you had such an experience with the support number. You may wish to try again (especially if you want a refund); the support number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Support should be willing to help with all Xbox related issues, not just Xbox One.
