Digital downloads/ error codes advanced warfare and network testing

I'm having a problem with advanced warfare, it says that it has persistent data, files are to large, and then it kicks me out of my digital downloaded advanced warfare game, also I do a network test, and it says my network is fine, however xbox lives is
not, how do I fix this, how do I delete the license transfer on another console, that I do not have access too, and why am I getting these messages? During the game, and wile doing a network test? I cannot seem to find anything about this. Please help. Thanks

Sorry to hear about the issue! When you get the persistent error in Call of Duty, are you trying to play multiplayer? When you get that error, select 'Exit' and then select Xbox Live again right away. Let us know if that helps with the Call of Duty issue.
