Digital Downloads Disconecting my internet and killing my microphone.

So I will try to make this quick. I have 2 games Forza H4 and just today purchased Sea Of Thieves both digital downloads recently Forza has been booting me off the game and than kills the internet connection on my PC I had to restart my PC to get a connection
and it happened 3 other times only when playing Forza and I know what you are thinking its the PC right? well I have a second pc next to me that keeps its connection and my router is fine + its only happening when using the game. So Today I purchased SoT get
on the game and my mic isn't working.. not a big deal check everything out nothing has changed everything is setup right and I have it turned on to let the app use my microphone. Clearly something is not right here... and than it starts again I delete the
game and it kills my internet try to download it and it does the same stopped the download and everything is just fine but the audio from my Mic still wont come through what in tarnation is going on lol?!!?!? I stream and deal with problems a lot especially
using all the software I do but this is something I cannot seem to fix please if you have any ideas drop them here. Its late excuse this sloppy mess of a question ^

I assume you mean you download and play those games on your PC, not a Xbox console?

As for the issue with your Internet disconnecting: Is the PC connected via WiFi or ethernet cord?

Can you test the following: open up two command prompts (press Windows+R then type "cmd" and press OK. Repeat that to open a second command prompt).

In one of the command prompts type:

ping 1.1.1.1 -t

This will constantly ping a highly available DNS Server in the internet.

On the second command prompt type "IPCONFIG" and take a note of your Standard Gateway IP (usually something like 192.168.0.1 or something like this). It's the IP of your router.

Ping that as well with the -t option (i.e. if we use the IP from the example type "ping 192.168.0.1 -t")

Both windows should now print ping responses from your router and the internet DNS.

Try downloading the games again, and observe the two ping windows.

If the disconnect happens, and BOTH pings stop responding, it's an issue with your PC's networking. If only the internet DNS stops responding, but the router keeps up pinging back, you have a router issue.

Depending on the outcome, concentrate on troubleshooting either the WiFi connection on your PC (check for newer drivers, or try using an ethernet cord, maybe the WiFi chip is faulty), or check the logs in your router (if there are any) why the connection
dropped.

As for the Microphone not working: Have you set up your Audio settings to use the Microphone as standard communication device? Does the Microphone work in the Xbox App for Party Chat?

Are other apps running that "hijack" the Microphone input before you start Sea of Thieves?

if i put my pc off then it doesnt disconect that much but still disconect and some of my family is using internet aswell can also be a problem??

Good Points. But I think that the Xbox just stops downloading when disconected to the internet or Live. That happend severel times but I just reconnected and the download continued! And the region shouldnt be a problem in my case.

Im to far away from my router and my internet is fine but it just disconects randomly in a game

And how excatly do you do that? I cant leave the update screen with out disconecting my internet
