Digital Download sign in error

Has anyone tried to help you solve this paying for digital content & not getting to use what you've paid for?Or have you just wasted your money for nothing in return? Curious minds want to know how the issue has been handled. Reply plz.

To clarify, do you own the disc copy or is it a digital download? If it's digital are you currently signed into the profile which redeemed the code? What error message are you seeing exactly?

So after updating I was succesfully able to login to all of my digital games. I even had a friend check to see if they could login to theirs. We were able to successfully load all of our digital games without problem.

That error code has several meanings:

The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren’t signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

Or:

The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.

You are talking about physical objects and no they do not cover a device for you throwing it accross the room and breaking the screen on a cellphone or gameboy

That's user error

There is a difference between something that is returnable and something that isn't

How do you return a electronic download you canno therefore there is no return

Physical objects can be returned but not DVDs or Cd that are opened can be returned because people can copy them like digital downloads can be redownloaded or just not be signed on to the net

How do they know you deleted it

They do not

In the digital age you cannot return digital goods

That's like telling an officer oh I didn't read the stop sign so I should be immune from the ticket and responsibility of the crash because it's my fault

This error code normally defines an issue with ownership of the game. The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

The game disc is not in the console.

If this was a digital download please ensure that you are signed into the profile with which it was purchased. Additionally make sure your connection to Xbox Live is up and running.
