Digital download of dying light 2

I pre ordered the digital deluxe edition of Dying light 2 and it only downloaded the base game. Has anybody else had this problem and if so how do I fix it?

D, first, please, check your order's history to see if the right version is displayed there:

Then, go to your console, search for the game, glance at it and press the menu button on your controller, then manage the game and add-ons, Click on the game, check if the add-ons are there on the list.

If they do not appear there, even though the Deluxe edition is in your purchase history, try to reach out the store's support:

I tested to see if dying light 2 would work and it downloaded idk why the other game isnt

Crossplay for Dying Light 2 is coming, but all we know at the moment is that its due in a future update.

I noticed that when I checked Dying Light's Twitter!

I wouldn't be surprised if they've sort of left Dying Light to its own devices while they focus on the upcoming Dying Light 2. I'm excited to play Dying Light as well as Dying Light 2, but after having so many issues with the multiplayer and seeing several
people experience the same issue since 2015 without finding a solution, I'm a little nervous about it.

We'll see how it goes--it's a fun game either way!
