Digital download not working PLEASE HELP

Yes you will have to download it but you can keep your save file so you won't have to start for scratch. Before you buy off XBL check amazon for a digital download card, they had one back in February for 30.00 bucks after tax and shipping that I picked up.

I had Oblivion game of the year edition which included the add-ons.I sold my game but re- bought the game on the marketplace and the add on content was playable.I did not need to re-buy it.

Yes you would have to download the game. The file on the marketplace is different from the file you install from the disc.

First of all, uninstall any installed content (DLCs and old installation). Then perform a cache clearing from the console (so any corrupted data is deleted), by holding down the power button for 10 secs. Next, proceed to new installation of the game by selecting
it from the "Ready to Install" section of the console.
