Digital Download Games Won't Play (Error 0x80070002)

I just purchased the Xbox One X today along with Lost Odyssey and Fable III digital downloads. Once everything was loaded and set up, I tried to start the game and immediately got the message "Please try again - Sorry, that didn't work for some reason. (0x80070002)".
This happens on both games. I searched all over the internet and tried everything I found (resets, both hard and soft, deinstalling/reinstalling, factory resets, power off/on, etc.) and nothing worked. I contacted Microsoft Support and they were stumped as
well. So far, nobody has been able to figure out what the issue is. I'm hoping someone out there has run across this and has the answer. BTW, I loaded Netflix and Amazon Prime apps and they both work fine. Also, everything is fine on my Microsoft Live account
and I have the digital licenses for both games. Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: we have exhausted all of the normal troubleshooting steps. Looking for something beyond the normal here.

Please try this solution:

Go to Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced
Network Settings.

Then go to DNS Servers and set it to Manual.

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Well, I'll be [Mod removed- inappropriate], it worked!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! If the MS Support gets back to me, I'll let them know this fixed my problem. Both games work just fine now.

Unfortunately, the game never really starts, so that doesn't work. Appreciate the response though.

Have you tried a new game that you have not downloaded the patch to play on xbox one x.

The error codes getting are 0x8082000c when trying a disc

Getting error code 0x80070002 when trying digital.

All troubleshooting steps were attempted and still getting this problem
