Digital download from USA.

Hi,

I was just double checking something, currently I'm not at home but have just purchased a Assassins Creed black flag and unity digital full game download from a USA customer.



I am just trying to find out if I am able to use this code on my Xbox one in the UK as I am an English citizen.

Any help please?

WRC 6 is not showing up in the Xbox Store in the USA

I've tired that before for other games that were not avialable digitally in the USA but if I buy it in another region I'm pretty sure it will not download to my account in the USA. I'd have to change my location and I'd lose my current digital games that
are attached to my USA located profile.

I'm all digital and just want to buy it in the USA.

 

Will there be digital game purchases at retailers?

As I said Amazon are already doing digital downloads for PS4 in the USA and apparently Game in the UK will be announcing digital games very soon for Xbox One according to Reddit users.

 

If you enter the code on your console it will be accepted. However, some content may have issues downloading due to having a different IP address than was intended for the content in the first place.

There have been many posts lately where people have purchased items from different countries than they physically live in but have been unable to download them.
