Digital Download Broken Confirmed

I bought it as a digital pre-order standard edition, got the payment confirmation email from Microsoft, yet the game is not appearing on my xbox anywhere, nor is it in my que, I contacted Xbox support and the rep said they are aware of the situation, and
are awaiting word from Dice for a fix. She said it will be taken care of within 24 hours. Has this happened to you? If so, have you found a work around? just a little frustrated.

Xbox One can play games whilst downloading, confirms Microsoft

Microsoft spokesperson has today confirmed that the Xbox One can stream games whilst they are downloaded over Xbox LIVE, this will allow gamers who prefer to purchase the digital version of a game to start playing it almost instantly after it has been
purchased.

It was recently confirmed that the Xbox One would be able to play games from the disk while the game was installed to the hard drive, and today Microsoft confirmed the same ability with digital downloads. With digital downloads, Xbox One will stream
game files whilst downloading them, and will play from the hard drive once the game has downloaded and installed.

As the Xbox One offers day one digital downloads on games, gamers can choose from either a disk based version or digital version. As Microsoft are pushing towards a digital future with the Xbox One, it's more than likely that Microsoft will be pushing
digital downloads much more than disk based purchases.

Someone confirmed to me this is accurate, they swapped a physical copy of forza for a digital code, entered the code and only had to download a licence

 

Same crap happened to me.*** me off but I feel your pain.i was gana wait till morning to call but u saved me the time.no way around its.just patience.ill never do this again though.next time I'll just buy the disc

 

It happened because the servers got overloaded. If you had bought it a few days before more than likely you would have been fine. Still sucks though.

 

Agree disc way better i took a day off for this game and cant play digital download doesnt work but confirm payment always and still work , and dont expect to have a compensation for lost times player on stream already level 40 lol and i cant start my download
yet they should refund us so i can go to a store and get it digital game are always broken this was the laxt time they get me

 

I bought the digital premium edition and have not had the first problem.

 

Worked fine for me.

I have pretty good internet speeds though.

 

well I downloaded it but it will not install, it says it is but the full game sits at 0%
