    Digital DLC Code


    So I bought a Digital code from GameStop the other day for Batman: Arkham Origins. It was the Season Pass. Then I tried redeeming it today on my Xbox 360 and it said the code was invalid! So I tried it on my Xbox One and same thing. I don't know what to
    do when I tried doing it on my computer it just tried to give me a gift card. What do I do?

    bought my new xbox one came with 16 character code

    16 digit codes are usually redeemed within the game itself for some sort of DLC.

    if you ordered the physical copy you will get the game and most likely digital codes for the extra content since they are DLC related.
    I have the physical copy and no DLC codes otherwise there wouldn't be an issue.

    It's not a "DLC code", just a digital copy of the game.

    Yes, one can use the disc to install a game, then activate a digital copy. The digital copy will not need to re-download, it'll automatically use the disc install.
