Digital deluxe download

Hello i just purchased the digital deluxe upgrade @ $17.99 and the battlepack is broken. It downloads the 4 packs just fine but gives me an error when going to battkepack screen to open the ×10 gold packs. Ive contacted ea and they had me clear persistent
storage do a reset ubinstall hardline completely uninstall the digital deluxe reinstall try downloading each one individually then going back to hardline and try opening one of the packs and that doesnt work either. Then contacted xbox about this and wanting
a refund before that can happen i have to contact ea again and try troubleshooting one more time. Abyone else have a problem like this.

Battleborn Digital Deluxe Pre Order --- Didnt got Season Pass + Pre Order ...

Hi,

i pre ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Battleborn, my Account here shows me that you charged me for the Battleborn Digital Deluxe Edition.

But when in Start my Xbox One i can only download the Basic Game and it shows me the Option to buy the Digital Deluxe Edititon?!

Can you please fix this?

unable to download add-on

I recently purchased the fallout 4 digital deluxe bundle which includes the season pass but i'm not able to download the fallout 4 vault-tec workshop it said i have to purchase it but it should come with the digital deluxe purchase like all the other add-on

 

Anybody any suggestions would greatly help. Thank you

 

I have done chats with ea and xbox before. It always ends in a back-and-forth situation. Neither of the two companies will help, even when you get really nice employees.

 

Try redeeming them at both battlelog and in game? See if either or works? Or ask for a refund.
