Digital copy wont load

Always says for some reason nba 2k15 took to long to start (0x8027025a) any help would be great

Nba 2k15 black screen

I bought the digital copy of NBA 2k15. The game wont load. All I see is a black screen. It wont allow me to go to the main menu on the game.

Digital copy of NBA 2k15 wont load

Try clearing local saved games... settings>all settings>system>storage>clear

If that doesn't solve the issue, make sure you are all connected Test Network Connection and then Test Multiplayer Connection. If tests come back all good go to Account>Remove Accounts and remove your profile. Go back to All Settings after profile has been
removed and go to Power and Start up>Turn off or Restart> Restart Now. When console loads back up add your profile back(ADD NEW) and test the game.

If none of these work you can uninstall the game and then re install the game. Last resort do a Factory Restore saving your games and apps.

Thats a bummer, wish i could help ,,i bought a digital copy and it loads up .

Don't get me started on the face scanning though,,ugh!

Mine is. It will load and is functional but it wont load games and will proceed to crash. I digitally own the game

If you want a disc copy of a game you've bought digitally then you would have to buy the game on disc,you wont get a copy for free just because you have bought the digital version.
