    So my digital copy says I need DLC MP pack, my settings say pack 2 is queued and will install when ready. I have been to manage app hit install and it says installed without using memory at 9gb so I should see a change then restarted my xbox to no joy.
    I've uninstalled thrice and reinstalled again and had same error appear after

    dowloading the pack 2 from my store for it to say installed again with no data count. So I check add ons, says it is up to date, but when I go to play multiplayer it says I need DLC as I am missing a pack, any one able to help or explain a solution or how to
    obtain a refund. I also have surplus space for game.

    Restart your game Modern warfare always has this issue.

    Thankyou very much, I power cycled before after installing to no avail... so I kept uninstalling both packs and installing seperate for days as you explained, but lastnight it worked. Thankyou

    I recommend you go to the Infinity Ward Reddit or Twitter account, there they mentioned about this error and possible solutions.

    unfortunetly there are alot of people with this very issue and i havent seen a fixable responce, if you scroll down the forum any with the same problem that are locked and have a green tick have been answered
