Digital copy of Mad Max not downloading

So I recently purchased a digital copy of mad max and attempted to download it. It reached 28% and will switch between queued and installing for All of last night and most of today. I have tried un-downloading everything and reinstalling and it will only
go up to 28%, I have also tried hard restarting the console with no success. The bandwidth usage tells me I am going down to bits per second when only it is running but i get regular download speed when I am using an app like netflix or when it was reinstalling
it climbs to 28 at a regular pace. Unfortunately the game downloaded enough for me to 'start' and do the first act, which I did, and now that I technically have progress I fear that would not let me get a refund. I would appreciate any advice that can be offered.

3GB Ryse Update took almost 12 hours to download

Was that the digital copy of the game or downloading from the disc?

 

Can i download the same game on 2 hard drives?

Are you planning on downloading a digital copy of the game? If so follow the advice of Onyx. If you are downloading a physical copy of the disc then you will have no problems downloading the game to any HDD and playing it.

 

to anyone with a similar problem the issue for me was that on my college campus the NAT type was moderate which interfered with the download
