Digital copy of Far Cry 4 Unavailable

I purchased digital copy of Far Cry 4 last month and am receiving the following message when attempting to launch the game:

"Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If there's no disc, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have the rights to play it you'll have to buy it at the Xbox store. (0x87de07d1)"

I purchased a digital copy so there is no disk and when attempting to see it within the store it shows a status of "Unavailable".

Please advise as I cannot currently play this game!!

Sorry to hear about the game issue! Just a heads up, I moved our thread to our Xbox One forums for better visibility.

Was the game purchased under the right account? I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page so they can verify the game was purchased
under that account.

 

As an afterthought I should mention ALL of my other digital purchases are working fine and I am not experiencing any issues with Xbox Live otherwise.

Same here with me as well... Just came to chime in that the game is unplayable and supposedly unavailable even though I've owned it since its release digitally. I thought we weren't supposd to have these issues, but apparently this is acting like we are
under the original "check in online" policy...

 

Did you guys buy it bundled with another game? I did... but the other game in the bundle works fine. Lame.

Same issue. I went on support and they have created a case and supporting Ubisoft asap. The digital far cry version has been removed from the store. Just says unavailable. They are on the case

 

Same issue here. I wanted to play the game but i only get the messagt that i have to insert the disk or bux it in the store and in the store i get "unavailiable"

Please fix that soon because i want to continue the game.

I'm from Germany so that problem is not only in us.

Yup, same here. Digital purchase and showing "unavailable".

 

Xbox LIVE is experiencing problems right now - so that explains what is happening, but not
why it's happening.

The game should start and work without an internet connection.

 

Sorry but i don't think it's because of the problems xbox live has because every other download game works without problems its only FC4 and the problem here is that microsoft has removed the game from xbox live. I have no idea why they removed it but definitly
it's removed because on the console it sais unavailable and when i try to open the website for Far Cry 4 in the Xbox Kive Store on my PC there is an errir that the page isn't avaliable or has been moved. That both shows that the game is deleted for the store
so to fix it Microsoft has to add the Game back to the store, befor the don't do that the game will not work for anybody.

Thats the problem with digital copies, they doesn't work in such cases. I'm going to buy all my games as disks in the future than something like that can't happen anymore.

Because what is when my internet connection gets a problem? Then i can't play all my games anymore. I thought that digital copy also work without internet.

Herr you see what happens when a game is removed from the store then you can't play it even if you paid a lot of money for it.
