Digital copy of Baldur's Gate is not installing and it is asking for a disc.

This is really weird since money is involved. Why doesn't Microsoft have an available chat agent or phone agent for this issue?
There is a problem with the installation of the digital copy of Baldur's Gate. I just purchased it for $53.00 from The Microsoft Store, and it says "Installation stopped" "To complete the installation, insert the disc again. We need the disc to finish (0x87e00065)" There is no disc, I purchased a digital copy of the game.
The only issue I can think of is while back I borrowed a physical copy from a friend and played a lot of the game on his disc, I am almost to the end of the first Baldur's Gate. He wanted it back so I returned it. I wanted to play again so I had to buy my own copy. I chose to buy a digital copy because all available physical copies of the game are preowned.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Not only is baldurs gate 3 coming out but a double pack of baldurs gate enhanced and baldurs gate 2 dark alliance enhanced. I am looking forward to playing thrm all over again

Are they both disc based, or digital copies? There should be no issue. The install will stay the same, if it's disc based, it'll just verify that the disc is in the console, and play from whats installed. Shouldn't have any issues. If they are mix-matched
(digital/disc) I've seen a few issues of it asking for a disc when it's owned digitally, but that's not common.
