Digital Copy Issue

Last night, I tried to play my owned digital copy of Madden 21 on Xbox One. It wouldn't let me play stating, "For this, the owner needs to sign in."

I tried all the troubleshooting with known sign-in issues even clearing my reserved data. Nothing worked so I went ahead and uninstalled the game.

Now, it won't let me install the game.

I try downloading it on External and it says, "Check back in a little bit, we're having trouble getting your stuff right now."

I try downloading it on internal and it says, "Reset or adjust your filters, noting matches this search."

Madden 21 won't even show up in my full library under all owned games. Getting pretty frustrated at this point.
