    I purchased Digital copy of skyrim some time ago on my xbox one console.

    I deleted it to free up space for other games but now i wish to return to playing it.

    However, it is not on the list of my owned games. The only version in the xbox store is the special edition which has to be paid for?

    A disc version and digital version of a game are two separate items so I don't thin that people who buy discs will get a free digital version.

    As for the requirement to leave the disc in the tray, nothing has been stated about that yet. Seeing as how the 360 requires a disc I would presume that the Xbox One would require one as well.

    Unless of course you bought an game that requires an online connection because of the nature of the game

    Destiny is an online mmorpg

    Titanfall is also online only

    Even evolved

    If you réad the description of the game it will usually say if its online only

    Now if you had another console when you made the purchases its to prevent piracy

    All you have to do is do a license transfer

    true most likely the disk will be required (to stop installing and selling) but on that note it is speculated that digital games will be aloud to share
