Discus and support Digital Content (games and games updates) won't dowload/install anymore !?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'd recently changed from wired broadband to Huawei 4g router on Three (Unlimited data).     I'd recently changed from wired broadband to Huawei 4g router on Three (Unlimited data). This works a treat. Since switching however, I can't download digital games or game updates for my XBOX ONE. I can download apps from the Store no problem but
    anything game related sees it flick between installing/installation stopped 3 times before returning an 0x87e00005 error code (Check Your Internet Connection).

    After some research I've tried the following to no avail:

    Cancel install

    Clear local saved games

    Set this Xbox as 'home'

    Power cycle/unplug

    Altered DNS settings

    Renamed Xbox

    Uninstalled base game needing update and reinstalled (installs from disc no problem)

    Reset the Xbox

    Checked for Xbox updates

    Verified Xbox live services are up

    Unchecked 'keep games up to date'

    Unchecked 'instant on mode'

    Cancelled installation and tried to install from the Store

    Anything I've missed !?? Please help.

    Ive only ever had this once with a game i purchased but couldnt install, to this day no idea why?

    Thanks for the update, not ideal but at least you now know the cause and you know it isn’t the Xbox at fault.

    Hope Three sort it out quickly and look forward to the update when it is fully resolved :)

    Three say its in issue with their 4g service. Switching router to 3g allows download of digital game content. Will update the thread when Three get back after investigating

    Just off phone with Three. Switched router to 3g and it works. Not an ideal solution for obvious reasons. Getting a call back in two days after they investigate the 4g issue.
