I believe your incorrect. As there is a trademark and copyright sign on the product. It must adhere to copyright practices.

Ok. So I bought a license to download and use that content. So now I cant use it. Are you saying that the licence is revoked because I do not have internet. Then this is false advertising an allowance that doesn't exist. I wasn't informed that digital
media requires internet at all times to be accessed. I was told download to any device at any time using internet. Also where do i find my licence that i have paid for?

digital content you only own a licence to play the game you don't own any of it and this licence can be revoked any time after a three year period with little notice but this very rarely happens.

Physical media is the same, you own the plastic thats it, the software comes under the same as digital and that you own a licence to use said game and this too can be revoked.

this also applies to music and films/tv series etc etc.

copyright goes with the possession and that with the consumer rights. Its basically a huge chemical reaction. Copyright is a guideline that publishers and copy holders follow, possession is what you have and how you may use it, and consumer rights if I buy
it I own it and if you want it back you pay me back.

Also streaming licence is still a licence so it would follow possession rules. Terms and conditions are just added rules to balance out an uneven trade.

Example: Ill sell you a picture but your not allow to dup it if you do I will be allowed to fine you for it. That is literally all 3 of these in one little action.

I understand that each game has terms that state some 'features' require internet. It does not state that a digital copy requires internet at all times to function.

I share sugar with the neighbors I don't sugar cane farmers violating my rights to save them from money loss.

Selling digital copies was a company risk. To save money not using discs and factories, sell copies digitally. I don't see how that should allow them to violate my rights.

Honestly I thought digital copies would cease once they realize they made it so much easier for pirates to copy and distribute the goods with ease.

As I stated before they are taking a risk and just because it didn't work as well as they wanted doesn't give them the allowance to violate any persons right in ownership to try and prevent the risk factory from happening.
