digital code redeemed but in store says need to buy still

Id say take it back and see if u can get a refund or a new one

i have an order number that shows I purchased it on the computer but it is not showing in the store. that is what the pc purchase history shows but not in either of my stores.

amestop sent you the code? check from pc in your microsoft account in payment and billing that the code would have been changed in your account, in case that does not appear you must claim to gamestop if I make the payment and I never get the code or I
